Does Kiln cost anything to use?
Launching costs gas only. Trades pay a 1% base fee plus any creator tax. See Fees.
Do testnet tokens have value?
No. Testnet HYPE and every token launched on Kiln testnet have no monetary value.
Does the creator get free tokens?
No. The full supply goes to the curve. A creator who wants tokens buys them at the curve price like everyone else.
Why did my buy fail in the first seconds of a launch?
The anti-snipe tax is very high for the first few seconds. Check the quote before you sign, or wait a few seconds. See Anti-snipe tax.
Why did my trade revert with a slippage error?
The price moved past your tolerance before the transaction landed. Refresh the quote and try again.
Why does selling ask for two transactions?
The first time you sell a token, your wallet approves the curve to take it. After that, sells need one transaction.
Can I trade a token after it graduates?
Not in the current version. Graduated reserves stay locked in the locker. Kiln v2 adds trading after graduation. See Upcoming: Kiln v2.
My wallet will not connect. What should I try?
Unlock your wallet, make sure it is on Elysium testnet, then use Reset connection in the site footer and connect again.

All live addresses are on Contracts and addresses, with explorer links.
